Returns

To be viable for a return:

• You need to show an intent to return the product within 1 week of your purchase, this can be done by simply contacting us. Any return request post one week of purchase will be denied. 
• Your return will be a replacement of the damaged product and will not be applicable for any credit unless manufacture damage.
• If the product reaches you with a manufacturing damage, Omorfina, will incur all costs and provide with a replacement 
• You must not use, open or tamper with the plastic wrapper on top of the box or the return will be not be accepted
• Cash refunds are only applicable if the goods are damaged because of our company's mistake.
